ENG DAY

I super duper had FUN during the English day today. :D :D III-Joy was grouped with I-Love. At first, the I-Love was so shy to cooperate with us, but when the yell making practice started, they began to cooperate na. Considering that we, III-Joy, somehow dislike Love because of past happenings, today seems to be the start of new friendships. :> We enjoyed all the activities because we were sooo hyper and everything that we did, there were goofs. :)) The most enjoyable part was the Muse and Escort for the Mr. and Ms. English. :)) We decided Anna and Jaii Dizon to represent Orange Team (that's us) for the pageant. Take note: They're siblings. :))) HAHA. In fairness, they have chemistry, and umm, perfect DNA? :)))) HAHA. They danced Paparazzi for the talent portion. Lots of goofs which gave us a really good laugh. =)) Can't totally explain the blissful feeling we felt. x) After the pageant, awarding. :) We won 1st for the Flag Making, 2nd in the Most Discipline, and 3rd in the Human Scrabble. :D After which was the photo session, then got cp nos. from our new friends. ;) HAHA. Then hung out in school and siomai store after, then got home na.

Tomorrow, we will watch New Moon and 2012. :D

OH BY THE WAY. Our team name was JOLOVS! (Joy-Love) :D

UPDATE in LIFE

I'm not fond of updating my blog anymore, haha. But anyway, I'm giving new updates na.

Last Friday, November 13, was the Regional Intel Philippine Science Fair. :) I slept over in the dormitory the night before so I wouldn't be late. 3AM was the meeting time in school. Arnel wasn't able to make so he just commuted going to Batangas, where the event was held. We rode a coaster bus. The trip was fun. Kakulitan kasi ni Sir M :))) HAHA. All the teachers, specifically the science teachers who were with us were all in good mood. Loveit. :P As soon as we arrived, we registered then fixed our posts. :) Opening then we ate meals. :P The defense took so long so Aleck and I had our turn at around 6pm already. The wait was fun though, grabe, we just kept on goofing around to fight boredom. :P We met some new buddies too. :P After our defense, we hung around and really GOOFED around. :)))) Grabe, super gulo namin since ang tagal ng awarding. :)))) Even the teachers joined us. HAHA. The awarding started at around 7 or 8 ata. All the exhaustion and long wait were washed away by the results.

LIFE individual: Khrista (3rd yr) won 1st place.
LIFE team: Ate Pacnis and her partner (4th yrs) won 1st place.
APPLIED indiv: Carlo Piano (3rd yr) won 3rd place.
APPLIED team: Ate Dana and Ate Gina (4th yrs) won 2nd place.

The 1st placers will be heading to National Intel, while the 2nd and 3rd will be on Nat'l ASEF (?)

The trip home was another fun fun. We ate at KFC, somewhere in SLEX, then Starbucks. :) Grabe gonna miss the experience and company of Intellers. :)

I stayed sa dorm until 7am, then went home after. I didn't attend classes and Mr. and Ms. RiSci anymore because I needed to spend time with mom. :)

Mom went to California na last November 16, Monday. She'll be staying there for 6 months. We brought her to the airport with Fr. Noli as our chaperon. :P It was sad, of course being separated with mom since we really are that close and bonded. But somehow, I know it's God's will to bring her there. Di naman Niya kami pababayaan. So now, I'm left with my sister, cousin and uncle at home.

The Regional STEP Skills was cancelled already.

It was said that 19 teachers of RiSci will be leaving on the 28th of Nov because they are being called back by their former schools. It was DEFINITELY a sad fact knowing that these people who don't only teach you academics but also serve as your 2nd parents and friends are leaving. Indeed, CHANGE IS THE ONLY CONSTANT THING in this world. People stay and leave. It's a pathetic truth that we must learn to accept. Most of them have been closed to me; Sir OJ, Sir Arada, Sir M, Ms. Virna, Sir Johmar, and the rest. It's a big wonder now how RiSci and the students will be without them. Brand new adjustments in the middle of the school year. HAY.

In connection with this, there has been a hot issue about this. The Batch 9 was blaming my batch that the teachers are leaving. They said it was because of our low performance in the NAT. The teachers learned about this and they said that not a bit of it was true. Anyway, I consider this case closed. :P

Today, rather, was a blissful one even if almost all our teachers weren't around. Actually I guess that made our day fun. :P We only had English (2nd period) and MAPEH (last period). Yet, we were kept busy by the works that needed to be done. Still, fun. :P

On Saturday, we are planning to watch New Moon and 2012 in Gateway. :D Exciteddd. :D

Typhoon Ondoy

Destruction of Mother Earth paid its price.
Typhoon Ondoy hit Philippines last Saturday, Sept. 26. I thought it was just an ordinary typhoon. Maybe because I was not able to experience much its wrath. But when we turned on the TV. WHOAAA! Rizal, Manila, and neighboring areas were a big river. A big flash flood has washed away almost 90% of the affected areas. Oh so grave! Houses, cars, and stuff were all submerged, and people were fighting for their lives, finding ways to survive this dreadful happening. The situation seemed end of the world. A lot of innocent lives were wasted, killed, missing. People, regardless of their status in life, are now homeless and have been greatly affected by this typh. We're really lucky and blessed to be living here in the mountain area.

GOD! We need YOU!

There will be no classes for one week due to the circumstances brought by the typh. Dunno if I should be happy with it.

GOD BLESS US ALL!
